At Margaret Brandman Music, we sell digital music products, including downloadable CDs, music tracks, sheet music, and related online products.

Because digital items cannot be returned, our refund policy follows the guidelines of Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchase

• Purchasing the wrong digital item

Once a file is downloaded or delivered to your email, the sale is final.

2. When You Are Entitled to a Refund (ACL)

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product:

• Is defective

• Is corrupted

• Does not download properly due to our fault

• Does not match the description

3. Technical Issues

If you experience problems such as:

• Download errors

• Corrupted files

• Playback difficulties

• Broken links

Please contact us within 7 days with:

• Order number

• Screenshot or description of the issue

We will:

• Re-send the files

• Provide an alternative download method

• Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

4. Unauthorised Purchases

If you believe a transaction was unauthorised:

• Contact us immediately

• Contact your bank or payment provider

• We will investigate accordingly
