This popular work by Margaret Brandman features a heartfelt melody over a lively
Latin-American Rhumba rhythm in the piano part. The key is B Flat minor. The transposed Alto sax part is therefore in G minor.

The string and percussion ensemble version of this work forms part of the ARIA Charting eight-movement ‘La Vida Apasionada’ suite recorded by violinist Vov Dylan and the Palace Orchestra ensemble together with composer/pianist Margaret Brandman.  The violin and piano version of the work was first recorded by the concert master of the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra Vít Mužík together with pianist Lucie Kaucká for Margaret’s SENSATIONS album.
